Chief Development Officer (CDO)

Chief Development Officer is
responsible for providing the business process knowledge and
thought leadership for the ultimate delivery of world-class
application systems to its clients’ organizations. CDO's
work very closely with
iTM
CIO's and/or CTO on an engagement team to ensure that the
application strategies are in support of the information
technology strategies to meet the client’s core business
requirements.
Our CDO's are
experts at defining, analyzing, designing, constructing,
testing and implementing new systems. They have extensive
experience in planning and overseeing multiple projects and
project managers, as well as determining systems development
strategy and standards.
Additionally,
iTM
CDO's are responsible for developing
high performance systems applications to support a client’s
organization in solving business problems. In addition, they
are highly skilled in project management, and have an
in-depth knowledge of leading-edge development tools,
methods and languages. Each

Chief
Development Officer is an expert in Carnegie-Mellon
University Software Engineering Institute's Capability
Maturity Model (CMM).
